A vast majority of these modern export abattoirs are located in the vicinity of our modern new factory just on the Gateway of Punjab’s biggest Industrial Estate called “Sunder I.E”, about 25 kilometers from Lahore. Thus our company has the advantage of timely processing of raw intestines procured from most hygienic slaughtering environment, retaining most of their qualities of freshness, natural slipperiness and reasonable moisture content till the final stages of shipment. As most of the processing is done in manual way, it also helps a lot in retaining most of the natural properties of the merchandise.

Processing with care

The care exercised at the initial stage of handling the intestine plays a prominent role in the whole process. It proves a great help for washing, sorting, calibration and packing after the Green Runners have promptly and properly been taken a care of the production plant. Furthermore, UCC has no panel of its consultants, some of the prime R&D and quality control institutions of both the public and private sector of the country in order to have a constant check on the quality of our water and other basic ingredients used in production line. Their continuous guidance and valuable professional comments help us take concrete steps for improvement of these in-puts.
